Day 12 — Whatever tickles your fancy: My Bucket List

Here's my bucket list:

1. Learn to make sushi (done!)
   
2. Travel in a hot air balloon
3. Go to grad school
4. Be an editor for either Food & Wine or Bon Apetit
5. Travel/live in Spain for at least a month
6. Live in New York City
7. Go to Europe
8. Learn to drive in Europe (drive on the right side of the road!)
9. Be a judge on "Iron Chef America"
10. Go to the Louvre and see the Mona Lisa in person
11. Visit Auschwitz (for historical purposes, I've always been intrigued with WWII)
12. Visit South Korea
13. Lay underneath the Eiffel Tower and take a picture looking up
14. Be in New York City on New Year's Eve to watch the ball drop to celebrate the new year
15. Break as many of the stupid, unnecessary Texas laws as possible
16. Ride the mechanical bull at Billy Bob's
17. Ice skate at Rockefeller Center during Christmastime
18. Go to Michael Symon's restaurant in Ohio
19. Get scuba diving license
20. Eat crickets (like how they're prepared in Latin America)
21. Go sky diving
22. Eat at the restaurant at the top of  the Eiffel Tower
23. Take horse riding lessons
24. Go to bartending school
25. Learn to read, write and speak Korean (other than counting)
